What we collect

Waitlist: your email address and, if you choose, your neighborhood and food interests.
Restaurant inquiries: the contact and business details you type into the form.

Your location

If you tap “Use my location,” your device location is used only inside your browser to sort spots by distance. It is never saved or sent to us.

Saved favorites

Hearts you tap are stored in your own browser (local storage) so they’re there next time. We can’t see them. Clearing your browser data removes them.

How we use it

We use waitlist emails only to send FreshSpot launch news, and inquiry details only to follow up with your business. We don’t sell your information.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, map tiles from CARTO/OpenStreetMap, and code libraries from public CDNs. Those providers receive standard web request data (like your IP address) when your browser loads them.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to delete your information, using the restaurant inquiry form on our homepage until our support inbox launches.
